All of the pieces I create are hand-wrought original designs using salvaged or sustainably harvested North American hardwoods. Hand-wrought pieces tend to be passed on for generations rather than discarded into landfills. They also consume fewer resources than their mass-produced counterparts. All of my pieces are built using lasting, traditional joinery, which ensures generations of use. In my studio sustainability means: enduring design, environmentally responsible use of materials, and timeless craftsmanship.
